Buzz's Hawaiian Grill used a Punch Card system for our Loyalty Program from 2017 until 2022 when the Punch Card system was replaced with a digital Loyalty Program.
The digital Loyalty Program allows the customer to earn points through the purchase of food both in our cafe and online. The technology provides Buzz's to set several milestones giving the customer more flexibility on when to redeem their points.
The previous Punch Card credits may be converted to Makana points simply by following these steps.
- Register online for the new Loyalty Program
- Write the email or phone number used to register on the Punch Card
- Write your name on the Punch Card
- Give your Punch Card to our cashier and your points will be recorded
- Once your points are recorded you'll receive an email confirming the process is complete
